Tammy Massa is the founder of LandForge Realty, a California brokerage being built around the idea that experienced real estate professionals deserve transparent economics, meaningful operational support, and the freedom to operate as professionals.

Throughout her career, Tammy has worked across real estate, business operations, project management, regulatory environments, and organizational leadership. Her experience includes managing complex projects, working with municipalities and regulated industries, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and developing systems designed to bring structure and clarity to difficult decisions.

In addition to her work in real estate, Tammy holds certifications in ITI L4 and Scrum and has spent years helping organizations navigate operational changes, process improvement, and change management initiatives.

LandForge Realty was created from a simple belief: brokerages should function as partners to professionals. Through LandForge Realty and the Brokerage Mechanics series, Tammy explores brokerage economics, operational strategy and the systems that hep real estate professionals build sustainable businesses.

She lives and works in California and is currently leading the development and launch of LandForge Realty.
