LandForge Realty is a California brokerage being built for experienced real estate professionals who value professional autonomy, transparent economics, and practical operational support.

We believe many experienced agents do not need a traditional brokerage structure built around heavy splits, office dependency, or support systems they rarely use. LandForge was created to explore a more focused model: one that respects experienced agents as professionals and gives them room to build their business with clarity and independence.

Our approach is simple. Agents should understand what they pay, what they receive, and how the brokerage supports the transaction process. LandForge is being built around that principle.
